Duke of Edinburgh's Award

About the course:

DofE Award CACT offers you the chance to take part in your Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at Bronze, Silver or Gold level. As part of completing your award with CACT, you will take part in 12 weeks of training (1.5 hours a week) to give you the knowledge and expertise you need to pass a weekend expedition in some of the most picturesque pats of the UK countryside. We also offer ongoing support and guidance to complete the Volunteering, Physical and Skills section of your award. As part of the Award, we organise your practice and assessed expedition weekends, have opportunities to hire required equipment for the expeditions, and signpost you to partner activities to support completing all parts of the Award. The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is well recognised by employers and colleges/universities, helping to boost your future opportunities and skills for life!
