Healthy Lifestyle Programme results

The XPLORE team delivered a healthy lifestyle programme at Montbelle Primary School last summer. The 9 children/ families that completed the programme, 3 of those reducing their BMI centiles, were given the opportunity to take part in a cooking club run by GCDA. Fay, the Community Health Programme Lead worked with these families to create some amazing recipes and further their knowledge about eating a healthy diet.
