The Young Greenwich School Nursing service is a new exciting skill mix team, and we aim to support children and young people aged 5-19yrs and their families who live and attend schools within Royal Borough of Greenwich.
All ages, abilities and needs are mixed together at out integrated youth sessions and are a great opportunity for SEND young people to push their boundaries and meet a range of other young people.
